“Love” by Alexander Milov for Burning Man Festival 2015

Therapy is a process of developing greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of our emotional life, relationships, and patterns of experience. As we begin to better understand ourselves and the ways we relate to the world around us, new possibilities for growth, change, and emotional clarity can emerge.

As a psychotherapist, my role is to provide a thoughtful and supportive space where difficult emotions, life transitions, relational struggles, and internal conflicts can be explored with curiosity and care. Together, we work toward understanding what may exist beneath the surface of immediate symptoms or distress, helping emotional experiences feel more understandable and less overwhelming.

At times, emotional suffering, trauma, and unresolved conflicts are expressed not only through thoughts and feelings, but also through the body. Anxiety, chronic stress, traumatic experiences, and emotional pain can manifest physically in ways that are not always immediately recognized or understood. Part of the therapeutic process involves developing greater awareness of the connection between emotional and physical experience, allowing what has been carried internally to gradually become more integrated and understood.

I believe that increased self-awareness can deepen our capacity to make more intentional choices, tolerate complexity, and engage more fully in our relationships and lives.

Even during difficult moments, there are possibilities that may not yet feel visible. The experience of being understood, both by ourselves and by others, can be profoundly transformative.
I look forward to being a part of your journey.
